Learn Welsh Cardiff Administrative Support
Learn Welsh Cardiff is looking for an enthusiastic individual to support the Learn Welsh Cardiff administrative team. This provision offers Welsh for Adults lessons across the region. The post holder will work with a team of administrative staff and offer a full administrative service, including leading on our financial processes, helping our Support Officer to develop administrative processes. We are required to communicate with customers by telephone and email, gather details of the additional needs of our learners, and support the Examinations Officer with the organisational work. They will also be responsible for data collection and collaboration with our Senior Data Tutor on our processes.
This post is full-time (35 hours per week), is fixed term until 31st July 2027 and is immediately available.

Salary: £28,031 - £31,236 per annum (Grade 4). We anticipate that this post will start at the bottom of grade.
