The Centre for Medical Education is looking to recruit a Postgraduate Taught Moderator / Tutor to join our team delivering the PgDip and MSc programmes in Practical Dermatology. This role provides academic support to the programme, working closely with staff, students and external stakeholders to do so.
The School of Medicine provides a broad range of undergraduate and postgraduate education that directly improves health outcomes and healthcare for patients and families. This includes the PgDip/MSc programmes in Practical Dermatology, innovative, part-time and full time online programmes that supports clinicians to apply advances in practical dermatology so that they can provide and critically evaluate services.
The post is based at the Heath Park site.
This role is eligible to be offered on a blended working basis, meaning that as well as spending time working on campus you can also choose to spend some time working from another location, e.g. your home. This post is a variable hours (anticipated hours are 4.5 per week to be worked throughout the week), ongoing position and is available from 1st September 2026.
Salary: £114,099 - £140,342 per annum (pro rata). Appointments to roles at Cardiff University are usually made at bottom of scale unless in exceptional circumstances.
