Senior Internal Communications Officer – Professional Services Transformation Programme
An opportunity has arisen to join the Professional Services Transformation programme team.
To influence the knowledge, attitudes and behaviours of staff and effectively engage them in the strategic direction of the University so that they feel valued, informed and part of the University’s change agenda.
This role will support the Professional Services Transformation programme. All related staff communications should be:
- Relevant to all staff, or targeted to specific groups, depending on their needs and/or interests
- Timely – both strategic and reactive according to priorities of the Future Research Service programme of change
- Communicated via a range of channels that reflect both audience needs and information consumption habits
- Reflective of best-practice
- Utilising the full range of available stakeholders and sponsors.
They will also be required to participate in networks (both internal and external) to meet the requirements of the role and build mutually beneficial relationships. Setting and ensuring agendas are followed, actions and owners noted and held accountable, plus disseminate of information to participants.

The position is full-time and fixed-term for 18 months.
Salary: £41,064 - £46,049 per annum (Grade 6). Appointments to roles at Cardiff University are usually made at bottom of scale unless in exceptional circumstances
