Handyperson (University Accommodation)
University residences provide accommodation to approximately 5,500 students across the university. We are committed to providing a professional, customer focused service to a wide range of people.
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and reliable individual, responsible for delivering an efficient and effective maintenance service on a student residences site.
Full Time 35 hours per week, typically Monday - Friday 7 hours per day, shifts are worked between 8.00am - 6.00pm on a rota basis

Starting Salary: £24,727 per annum with one increment point up to £24,928 per annum.
This role is based on Campus.

The role will require a flexible approach to working hours and is based on working 5 days out of 7 each week, as required, to support the achievement of the department’s goals.
