The role holder will provide administrative support to the NHS Mental Health teams based in Cardiff University including the Cardiff Psychological Therapies University clinic (CPTUC) and the Mental Health University Liaison Service (MHULS) as part of the South East Wales Mental Health Partnership.
The role includes engaging in and completing a range of routine tasks to meet operational and client service requirements including appointment booking and data collection for the MHULS and CPTUC. The teams are based in the Centre for Student Life, but clinics may be scheduled in an alternative Cardiff University building if required. There may also be need to attend meetings in partner organisation building which many include NHS sites.
The role requires a good communicator due to the collaborative nature of the work which includes all the Student Services Teams for the four Higher Education Institutes in the Cardiff region and NHS Mental Health and Primary Care partners.

The role is currently fixed term but could be extended if further funding is secured.
The South East Wales Mental Health Partnership includes Cardiff University, Cardiff Metropolitan University, the University of South Wales (including the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama) and Cardiff and Vale University Health Board. The SEWMHP is jointly funded to develop a shared programme of work which to support improving access to mental health support for higher education students across the region. The funding is secured with recurrent funding agreed on a yearly basis.

Salary: £25,249- £26,093 per annum (Grade 3)
