We are seeking to appoint a Senior HR Advisor, to work within Organisational and Staff Development.
The postholder will play a key role in the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the University’s reward framework during a period of organisational transformation.
The successful applicant will have substantial experience in reward, compensation, job evaluation and HR analytics within a complex organisation (HE desirable) with a strong understanding of EDI principles and pay equity in practice. Proven experience in supporting pay structure design and review is also essential.

This post is full-time (35 hours per week), fixed term for 12 months and is available immediately.
The majority of roles at Cardiff University are currently operating under “blended working” arrangements, with staff having the flexibility to work partly from the University campus and partly from home, depending on specific business requirements. Discussions around these arrangements can take place after the successful candidate has been appointed.
Salary: £41,064 - £46,049 per annum (Grade 6). Please be aware that appointments to roles at Cardiff University are usually made at start of scale with annual increments within the grade.
